Kangaroo is very budget friendly. This is a very easy meat, ideal on rotation or for the slightly over weight babies because it has less than 2% fat. It is a great source of protein, vitamin B, zinc, iron, and omega-3 and 6 fatty acids. Adding kangaroo to the menu is an excellent way to increase iron intake because it contains twice as much iron as beef and three times as much iron as chicken or pork. Best of all your kangaroo is not farmed.
