Peppermint - Mentha Balsamea

Peppermint calms the muscle in your dog's stomach, may soothe your dog's nausea and upset stomach, but in large quantities it can also cause liver or kidney problems. Peppermint can freshen your dog's breath and repel fleas, but larger doses could cause diarrhea or vomiting, so proper portioning is key.

Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of leaves to a cup of hot water and allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes before straining and serving. Ensure the tea has cooled adequately before presenting it to your dog.
